Well, if I'm injured,yes... I take it you're posting this because you feel pain when playing. Unless you are injured at the moment and it is nothing serious, may I suggest you stop playing badminton until your body tells you otherwise? Life is so much greater without pain... Unless you don't care about your health, I think you should follow my advice and rest until you're better. Maybe a little physical conditionning would not hurt (local gym's are the best!).
After playing for several hours, I feel pain everywhere in my legs.. and my lower-back since I'm injured, but I've almost recovered..
