Yonex Aerosena 10 feathers are a standard one to train with, though like most of these shuttles, they are designed for indoor use and are severely effected by even slight gusts. Shuttles made for speed badminton are heavier and better designed for outside use but I don't know anything about those.
wot is speed badminton and badminton shud not be played outdoors anyways..best way to learn is to play in an indoor court where the wind factor doesnt come into play
