Just wondering jump_smash, will any aussies be playing at the Olympics? If so, who? I realise the olympic qualifying period isn't over yet, but who is most likely to play?

    Cheers.

Tania Luiz & Eugenia Tanaka will play ladies doubles as well plus Erin Carroll and Ben Walklate are likely to play mixed.

Although they arent listed in the qualifying list, NZOC wont let the Kiwi players go unless they qualify automatically. This always leaves the "Oceania" slot to the highest ranked aussies at the time.

Tania and Eugenia after making second round of atwater intenational got enough points to take over renee and donna from NZ, so they will be going. Chai Chi can still play ladies singles, but its up to her if she personally wants to play, she has got the oceana spot though.
ross and glen have guarenteed the spot.
mens singles, apparently john moody(NZ) wont be playing, although he is highest ranked, which means stuart will, and since the qualification period ends on the 30th, jeff wont catch up to stuart.
as for mixed...dont be too sure ben and erin dont play, i wouldnt be too suprised if renee and craig(NZ) take the spot, as they may actually be high enough to qualify on their own.
