Malaccan Junoirs 2008: Jonathan Lee and Welson Lim
.
No, Jonathan Lee will not be playing at this Smiling Fish International Series 2008. He was beaten by Kedah’s Tang Fang Wyei, 15-21, 9-21, in the Quarter-Finals, at the boys’ Under-18 singles at Michael’s Badminton Academy in Puchong, just 4 days ago.
And Welson Lim lost to Johor's Iskandar Zulkarnain, 12-21, 13-21, also in the Quarter-Finals.

Yannie, yup, that's him, Jonathan/Iskandar lost to Thai MD during Semis in Spore. I took notice cos it's chinese/malay combo, sure can remember.
No need sorry, his dad also said he's going to compete in Thailand, but the coaches could have changed the line up.
Chris, only the winners/runner up are going to Thailand??

Lingga and Fernando are both members of the Djarum Badminton Club. They are just stationed in the national team [Pelatnas] nowadays. Pretty much like Wayne Rooney [Manchester United] and David Beckham [L.A. Galaxy] are stationed in the English National Team for soccer/football.

Yup, but only very casually, that's why now only found out Jonathan Lee from Mcca in BJSS is his son, they dont go announcing it of course
.
Jonathan has a bro named Jeffrey? Ehem, he has quite a no of siblings, I just know no 1, 2, 3...., dunno which is which. Jonathan is older or Jeffrey older?
No wonder, his father's colleague said (mistakenly) that Lee has two sons in BJSS, only Jonathan is in BJSS, bro is not then.
