a price like that for an ns9000 is too good to be true. i think its safe to say its a fake. what about this racquet? i get a strong vibe that it is fake but i want to get BC users opinion on this first before i jump to any conclusions.

Not yet. As long as you file a claim to Ebay and PayPal(if you paid using it), you do not have to pay anything because that is not a valid auction because it is counterfeit.

Are you for real? How can you even have paypal if you're a kid. By the way, you won't be able to win this case if you file a dispute with paypal. He did not mention anything about it being genuine anywhere on his description. And look at the bottom of the description:

It's a lose-lose situation for you. If you want your money back, you'll need to pay for the shipping costs to ship the item back to him. If you file for a dispute, you can't win. Next time check up the retail price of the racquet before looking to buy one. If someone's selling a racquet that has a retail price of $200, and he's putting it up for $20, it's obviously fake.

Hopefully, since he should know that a 50USD racket shouldn't be a price for a genuine yonex AT900T.Well,we all do hope for the best. But if it doesn't work, don't be so sad about it.Keep it n play with it,n improve with it.So,some other time when u're better,u'll appreciate good rackets more n be more careful when shopping..

That their "return" policy, we're not doing a return
We're filing a claim for non genuine product, using Yonex in the product description implies it is a genuine racquet(same with other brands, LV Gucci, Sandisk, Sony etc). Most of the time you'll get a full refund, including shipping and there is no need for you to ship it back. If you can prove that is a fake product.
