I've been trying to decide between the Laser 6900 and the Extreme series. I need something to support my power in game, so my shots can go faster, but I also am quite weak and don't want to overdo myself. Please advise.

You are weak and yet an intermediate player? The extreme series is the lower end of the product line and 6900 is the higher end, so I'm not sure those two alternatives are comparable.

RSL rackets are easy to play with, more flexible and light than most other rackets. Any of the lighter models will do, like M2 SP.

Agree sp is very easy to use, 7490 is also easy with a bit more power.

I still vote for the old 3200's. Those things look, feel and play great. I still can't believe they only cost around 2.4k php.

Would the 7490 work for the *somewhat* beginner player, as in is it at that point of easiness to use? If so, the power and adaptability would push me to buy that racket.
