Well, blame the one who stringed it ..
I'm playing with 34 - 36 lbs and even if i miss hit it, it don't pop just as that
So maybe try a new stringer or something else, but i'm sure it isn't the tension wich is wrong

Yes my NS7700 is strunged with 36 lbs (or 18 kilograms)
But it's might be becourse it is a so flexible racket ..
It pops as soon as i not hit it beside the sweetspot but you have the most amazing feeling wth that tension..
