    Alas, watching Rudy, Tang Xian Hu,Hou Jia Jiang,Eddy Choong & Erland Kops in full swing was sheer poetry in motion.So much skill
    and creativity, like Gong Zhi Chao at her best.

    It's like movie buffs never having seen Charlie Chaplin or Eroll Flynn, or boxing fans never seen Mohamad Ali or soccer fans never seen Pele.

    Well I am going to do sth about it soon.

    - Thomas Cup Finals in Djakarta - 1967
    - First Asian Badminton Championships - 1962
    - Play Badminton with Wong Peng Soon - 1958
    - Badminton, Thomas Cup Matches - 1952

    I trust they may have more like 1970 final and All England.

    ToChai: Your info is uncanny, I did take those mentioned videos

    from Film Negara, but they have yet to find the others like 1970

    whilst many of those are beyong repair , lost or kept under lock

    and key by national archives and inaccessible.Would you know

    anyone in Filem Negara,they are very stuffy on those copyright

    things.

    I am guessing that picture number 5 is Ng Boon Bee and Punch Gunalan (now a VP in the IBM). I saw Ng Boon Bee and Punch Gunalan play a long time ago in a Thomas cup final between Malaysia and Indonesia (which Indonesia won) but that was so long ago that I cannot really recognize the players.
