Are there any food badminton players should avoid eating before playing?
And what food should they eat before playing?

    From my experience,
    -Taco Bell
    -Pho
    -Jamba Juice

makes me feel slow and weak.
I always make sure I finish eating at least an hour before playing

Any fast food is usually bad for me, I feel slow and out of shape for first 30 min and I seem to sweat way more than normal.

Hehe.. Kimchi! :D.. it makes me feel warmer because it's spicy ( or i just microwave it..... )

IMHO, I play better without eating any food.

haha skittles. But ya, If i do eat before I play, it's atleast an hour before so my body can have some time to digest the food before playing.

I just finished eating muffins. I'll be playing one hour from now. I hope that's enough energy. I'll try eating skittles next time.

Eating food before play is ok, just don't stuff urself full. If u do ur body will go into lazy mode and u'll get tire really fast. Candy is a good way to make ur body still going for a short period of time even when u really tire.

i usually eat a bowl of cereal, preferably vector before i play badminton and usually an hour before i play.
something that is easy to digest and high in carbohydrates is good

Something like pasta the day before and a light breafast like Vector Cereal+Bananas would be a good combo. Side note: Do not eat McDonald's before you play badminton, it's killer....

I would eat a light meal, no fast foods though.

Questions : After eating a full meal, you should wait for like an hour before playing Badminton right?

    Hope..

..you didn't fill yourself up by chowing down all those foods, at once.. :p
..usually, in my case, that would be a good time to play against me, as i will be so sluggish. And if i don't play, i usually doze off...;)
