i recently bought a new yonex racket (original) and the plastic on the grip was so tightly wrapped to the grip.. when i tore out the plastic, some parts of the rubber peeled off also... has anyone tried this? i tore it slowly already...

and for those who use towel grip, how often do you change? can anyone recommend a nice synthetic grip that won't slide easily even when your hands are wet?

Dont worry. the original factory grip always come off. They pretty low in quality actually. Change the towel grip when you find it really smelly. i change my tower grip every month or two.

It sometimes happends where the original grip peals off a bit becaus eof the plastic wrap or taking off an overgrip which was on top.

It would be best if you put an overgrip on top of it.
