    Dear badmintoncentral members,

I have a question regarding the medicine balls.
Indeed I broke mine (it torns appart) last week and I would like to get a new one.

In a shop in my town I got the choice between a 2kg (4lbs) ball and 3kg (6lbs) ball.

I would like to know which one you would advice to me, considering I mainly practise pliometry with a medicine ball. (Also some other exercises but this is less frequent)

    Any suggestions ?

Thank you all for your help:)

It really depends on your specific needs. How strong are you? What do you use it for - rate of force development training, warm-up or conditioning? Keep in mind that there aren't any pliometric exercises with medicine balls that are particularly specific to badminton.

    Dear stumblingfeet,

    Thanks for the advices :)

Well, Im actually quite strong because I can use a 4lbs medicine ball without too much issues ...

I use it for development training and also conditionning between tourney.

Finally, I ordered a 6lbs ball yesterday. It should be there tomorrow or after tomorrow. I will let you know :)
