We didn't know exactly what happen with him.
What we saw and could comment is from how he played.

IMO he didn't play like a world class player.
Winning or loosing is normal in the game of sport.
It just how we lost and won.
Some players lost with a very great spirit like what SDK and kido/hendra (semifinal), however Taufik lost with shame.

I like Taufik for his sportsmanship. Think about the amount of pressure you Indonesians give to his shoulder.

I remember he once said in an interview, he is not young anymore but my people want me to play one more time. ( I think he meant for the Olympics)

Maybe just Maybe He could do whole lot better if there was no such pressure and only he could enjoy his badminton.

IMO,He played the game with all his energy.Too bad the luck wasn't on his side. Most of the net ball were off.As we all know,he's one of the player who's counting on his net ball to attack.Points after points were gone.Besides,it's hard to be the only one who has to fight back for the first point for indo,to tackle korea from winning it.

So,in other words,we,as his supporters must stand up still n support him.

I suppose you mean the 1st point after Indonesia lost MS1 & MD1. Taufik not rookie & not 1st time under this kind of pressure, anyway, let's see at OG what happens

IMHO, weak, yes; lack of fighting spirit, no. Obviously TH tried hard. But in that match LHI was simply better in every aspect.
