i read from previous threads that bao has an elder sis..i'm curious..i thought china has a policy that says 1 child per family? shouldn't bao be the only child in the family?? any1 can plz clarify it for me?? thanks~!

that policy's quite recent, so i think it was ok about 20 years ago...
