    Question Arm or Wrist?

    I have be an arm player for my whole life. Last Night, I got introduced to the wrist technique, it feels different but yet, I find that I can put a LOT more deception into my shots.

    Are you a wrist or arm player??
    Which one do you find to be BETTER in your opinion??
