Starting new club in France

    Hi,
    We are looking to set up a new club in Tarn et Garonne..France 82 for both English & French players...mostly for social reasons. We have been told that we need to register with French Association and obtain from them insurance.
    Our French is very limited...does anyone know how best to go about this?
