When doing sit ups is it okay to add weight?

    well i try to do at least 150 sit ups and crunches and i have this little brother so i asked him to lie down on my chest while i do sit ups hehe:D i was wondering if i adding weight would help develop or something..tnx

    If your little brother's weight is too heavy, then it can lead to injuries.

    70 Pounds hehe if i do it for only 10 times i guess that would be okay?

    Only doing crunches is ok but the added weight leads to larger abs and not as much definition...:D
