So let me introduce myself: I'm Sylvain from Avignon in France and I'm 21 years old. I play badminton since several years but I'm pretty weak... Maybe because in France there are few clubs with coaches who can teach you the badminton's basics and so I only learn by myself how to play badminton. Nevertheless I love this sport and never miss an opportunity to make a set. Moreover, I'll move soon to study and I hope to be in a big city with a good club where I could have some technical lessons... I'm playing with a Karakal Mtec 70 ISO wich is, in my opinion, an amazing racket !! ...Nice to meet you
hi there welcome to the forum.. im supporting your nationality also in the euro 2008..hope they can win the title.. les bleus...
Yeah !! They are going to play this night against Netherlands wich has a good team this year (they won against Italy 3-0 last week !) France would better win tonight in order to be qualified for final phase. Thx for your support
4-1...Holland was definitely the best :crying: PS : Maybe you already know it, you can watch the matches with tvants or spocast on BTV 6, Caifu Sports, CCTV 5, Eurosoccer, Guangdong Sports, Guangzhou Sports, Shandong Sports and Shangai Ports. (I can post the links if necessary) The next matches are: Sweden - Spain 14/06 18h00 (UTC+1) Greece - Russia 14/06 20h45 (UTC+1)
Welcome.. ..to BCBF, Sclarckone (Sylvain)!..Wow, your name, it sounds very transylvanian-like....Good to know you're starting to pick up the sport and planning to improve even more. On that note, are you planning to follow the French Open Super Series this yr (not sure if Avignon is close to Paris or not)??..Anyway, have a fun time reading & surfing in this forum!
Welcome you to join BC, Sylvain! Looking forward to see many badminton tournaments will be held in France as one of Europe centre stage, the big step one is 2010 BWF World Championship at Paris. Talking about EURO 2008, both FRA and ITA will play do-or-die last match at group stage on June 17th, VIVA Les Blues as I don't like The Azzuri catenaccio style...
Paris is at 700 km from Avignon (so approximatively 435 miles), Avignon is located in Southern France (Provence). And I will be at school on October. But if I found someone who can harbor me for few days on Paris...Why not And about EURO there is in addition a old rivalry between France (Les Bleus) and Italy (La Squadra Azura) since the World Soccer Championship's final in 2006 (and with a lesser importance since the final of EURO 2000)...I really want Italy to be eliminated ! Anyway, it will certainly be a great match. Allez les bleus !! PS: About my name (Sclarckone) it is not transylvanian ...The S is for my first name (Sylvain), clarck was a nickname in high school and the one it's because Sclarck was already used on Hotmail when I created my mailbox ^^
