How long does it take for a junior rank player to be able to perform in a senior level platform? I noticed there are few top rank player around the world have difficulties playing in the international arena after promotion to senior level. For example China there are a few top names disappeared from the badminton scene.

Why is that so.. Even in Malaysia we have some top rank player who could not perform in the international arena despite doing so well in the junior level.
I heard that Lee Chong Wei was not a top player during his junior years.

Countries like China and Korea are especially successful in producing good quality players who are able to perform after their junior years like Lee Yong Dae and Park for Korea, Chen Jin and Bao Chu Lai for China. They are also successful in the women.

    not exactly... based on tournament.

Anyway looks like Rexy starts to plan ahead for the 2012 London Olympics as reported in the newpaper today. He is trying out the junior double players. good planning but what of the single????

whoever the coach is, its not important, the most important things is the players themselves and their attitude
