    Welcome..

    ..to BCBF, chinx_4eva (Sam)!:)..Uh huh, you really do love badminton; so excited that you made 2 of the same intro. threads...:);)..
    Anyway, good to hear another member from the Land Down Under; yes, there are many BCers from there (you can look for them in the Places to Play->Australia region sub forum). Living next to a baddy center is not a bad idea at all, too!:cool:
    On that note, make yourself comfy and enjoy surfing the forum!;):cool:

    Hi Sam,

    Welcome to BCBF!!
    You've come to the right place to discuss about badminton, and this place is also an excellent place to research on baddy equipment too!

    Sam if you intend to buy in victoria you are going to be wasting a lot of money. Just buy all you badminton stuff overseas like i do.

    haha, yea, i realised i accidently made two threads.. my bad.

    @phandrew
    LOL, sometimes its hard to know if the products are genuine once bought overseas.. if they aren't i have to waste money to send back and stuff..
    but, i do buy stuff from internetsites such as http://badmintononlineshop.us .. those sites are considered overseas yea??.. haha

    @ctjcad
    my bad for making two threads.. eeek !

    You mean http://www.badmintonshoponline.us/ ?

    You can have a quick search in the Market Section to see some reviews on that site. Some say that they are excellent, some say that they have bad ethics or whatever.

    There are other shops as well, such as..
    www.wingeebadminton.com
    http://shuttle-house.com
    www.luxissportnet.com
    etc etc..

    Buying overseas could save you alot of money, if the equipment in your region are over-priced.

    The only reason i can think of why rackets cost soooooo much in Australia is the stupid tax system.
