Went there last night at the North York location. Although it says 6 courts, only 4 courts were playable as 2 courts were used up for training. Competition were slim pickings as most people there were playing leisurely. Hopefully, more competitive players will attend and make it more interesting. The draft/ac were horrendous thus making gameplay not very pleasant. Just my 2 cents.
Currently, I know of these places to play in the summer. SAT 3-6pm @ Milliken Mills HS SUN 7-10pm @ Centennial College TUES 7-10pm @ L'Amoreaux CC (went here with Axel last night, place is quite crowded) MON/TUES/THURS/FRI 12-2pm @ Armadale CC If anyone wants to play at these times, PM me. Axel, when you see this, please PM me your email.
I'll assume that you are asking about L'Amoreaux. It was doubles only, and on average, we had to wait for 1.5 games to finish before playing again.
Unless there are very few people, it's generally doubles... @Repulse: Who is hosting at Milliken on Saturdays?
Awesome, yeah i was refering to the L'am one. I went there, it was just full, 15 min switches if im not mistaken.
Centennial badminton is the sunday badminton at centennial a drop-in program or membership is required?
Does anyone know anymore info on the Milliken HS sat badminton? Is it free drop in? Better yet...know how I can get hold of the host, David?
I wanna play! But I don't know someone who I can play against with though. Can I just drop in and randomly play with people @ there?
