Dating Issue

    I've been considering asking out a girl from my club however there are a few issues, she's two years younger then me (I'm 13 she's 11), the coach is basically her uncle, I really would prefer not to mess up our friendship if possible, and whenever I go to ask her out I start stuttering and shake so badly that some people check to see if I'm having a seizure. Does anyone have some advice?

    Two years difference is fine. If the age difference is signficantly, then problems would occur unless otherwise.

    Haha.. imagine an eleven year old girl and a 40 year old, grown man.. he'd be considered as a paedophile.

    u should do a bit of research instead of learning from hear-say or a forum before generalizing on the topic of love. I doubt a badminton forum is a good place to get dating or marriage tips, maybe just some personal account of their own personal experience

    Woah. You're only 13 and you're thinking about dating.:p A 2 year difference is fine. My girlfriend is 2 years younger than me.

    Biologically speaking he's not her uncle however he's her dad's friend and outside of practice she refers to him as uncle and he treats her like a niece. He's also really protective.
