    I have windows firewall and mcafee firewall. No, I dont have any IP blocking programs.

    Jestin, can you contact your ISP again? i have contacted BC's server company and they have contacted them too. maybe they just need to be nudged once more.

    Jestin,

    Last time when I had the problem, provide your tracert to your ISP. I can't remember the last node when it start timed out on me but theplanet sort of ring a bell to me.
    What my ISP suggest or told me, after doing tracert then your ISP need to contact whoever the owner of the node that start timed out and go from there. Hope this help.
