do you do some light work out?

what doest the pro player do ? such as the Bejing game this year?

Any one have any idea what is the time table of player ?
or maybe your own badminton training timetable?

That depends. My badminton teacher told me that there is a pattern for our progress. For example, week 1, week 2 and week 3. If you go at 100% on 1, you will play very bad badminton on 2. Then on 3, you will play a higher level than that you were on 1.Hope this is true.

If i play in a competition i would probably play 2 days before but not the day before it starts. You need your muscles to relax.
