Hello all, I've been a member of this forum for a while now, whilst I dont post a lot, I do visit daily to read and learn from the excellent writings on the boards. I'm a 30 year old guy from Leicester, UK. I have been playing badminton for around 6 years now, mainly to keep fit but have gone a bit more serious about it now (I dont play for any clubs or teams though). We play twice a week (doubles on weekend, singles on a weekday). I have 2 rackets, both similar but one has a flexible shaft and the other stiff, but I only use the flexible one as my main racket. I have just purchased the 2 badminton england DVDs to help improve my game, learn some tips, tricks, tactics etc. Theres not much televised badminton coverage over here but I enjoy watching Taufik Hidayat, Peter Gade, Lin Dan games on youtube. Keep up the good work BC and forum users!
^^Welcome..^^ ..to BCBF, ahmed!...So, are you gonna follow badminton during this yr's Olympics??..I think that's what the fever is, around BC, nowadays...And in 4 yrs (seems quite a ways but it'll be here soon), it'll be your guys' turn to host it... Anyway, continue having fun surfing this site & look fw to more of your posts!
