Woven 8 vs Woven7

    I like Woven 8, it's light weighted, but powerful. I would rate it as a 9/10 racquet overall.

    Woven 7?? I tried it and i didnt get much power out of it.

    For me the experience was the exact opposite.
    Different folks have different strokes.:) It's that simple.

    W8 is more of an all-rounder racket while W7 is more towards an attacking racket. What strings and tension did you use?

    I was using my friends racquet. W8 bg 80 24lb. W7 bg 80 25lb.

    Maybe the tension on the W7 was a bit high for you so you couldn't generate power out of it.

    If you like the 8, try the 9, it has even more pop.

    It would be an easier transition versus going to the 7.

    I think DF900 would be better than W9 if switch from W8
