What is your tension? BG66 and BG80 have different feeling. BG66 is know to break the fastest in the Yonex string range.

1 month is better than my strings

My strings usually only last couple weeks. If miss hit, only couple games. My strings are Ashaway MicroPower 0.7mm in 27/30 lbs
May be I play too much and smash too mash...4-6 times a week and each time play around 4-6 hours...

MP are known to snap with mishits. If you want power and durability go with NBG95 or NBG98.

You should string BG80 at 25lbs.

Cannot follow the tension of BG66? Cause I'm playing BG66 at 27lbs for a time and I cannot play well if the tension lower that 27lbs. Izit BG80 tension at 25lbs, it feel like tension 27lbs on BG66?

BG80 needs to be 2lbs under the normal tension to get the same effect as BG66 at 27lbs.

In my opinion the thicker the string is the higher the tension needs to be to get the same feeling. So I would always have a higher tension when playing with bg80 to get the same feeling as bg66...so then the only question is how much money do you have and how often do you misshit :)

Bg80 feels stiffer than other strings though...24lbs BG80 feels tighter in play than 24lbs BG65. Not sure comparing with BG66 though.

my MP is still going strong since it was strung last March. I sometime mishit too because of switching from plastic to feather and vice versa.

NBG95 has about the same repulsion power of BG66 but with a lot more durability.

Well, BG80 will definitely be good for smashing. But it will be demanding a little more power than BG66 to produce that "umph". If BG66 sounds like "cling" then BG80 is "clang". They slightly have a different feel. You'll have to adjust a little bit for BG80. Well, I might say BG80 is for hard hitters.

The feeling of BG80 is hard while BG66 is mid-soft.
