Just watched NW/LN vs KOR and He/Yu vs POL (in this order).

After watching the first one, I thought, He/Yu has good chance beating the INA pair;

After watching the 2nd one (only the 2nd game), I thought, no, no chance. The INA pair will win.

LU Lan vs YULIANTI Maria Kristin

Maria's performance against ZN was so-so yesterday. but Lu Lan overall haven't been too stable either, just like her normal self. i think Maria will have a slight edge if she manage to keep shots consistent.

RASMUSSEN Jonas / PAASKE Lars vs HWANG Jiman / LEE Jaejin

JR/LP all the way!

Sat Aug 16 12:00 Women's Singles Gold Medal
XIE Xingfang vs ZHANG Ning

ZN has inspired me way more than XXF in this OG.

NATSIR Lilyana / WIDIANTO Nova vs HE Hanbin / YU Yang

the Chinese youngsters will have to contend with just a bronze.

close match, i think INA will grab both Gold/Silver. LHJ never an inspiration.

Got no chance to watch CY/FHF vs KOR yet. From what I saw in their first match, I think MK/HS has better chance.

Also I think Lu Lan and XXF will win in WS.

LU Lan vs YULIANTI Maria Kristin - I think Lu Lan is still superior skill wise + home crowd support together give an advantage over Maria.

RASMUSSEN Jonas / PAASKE Lars vs HWANG Jiman / LEE Jaejin - Close call but my heart goes to Jones and Lars!!!!

XIE Xingfang vs ZHANG Ning - GJ for ZN to reach final again, but I am going to pick XXF this time, it got to be XXF!!!

LILIYANA / WIDIANTO Nova vs HE Hanbin / YU Yang - We know who is the daddy here. Could home advantage help an upset???? I don't think so

MARISSA Vita / LIMPELE Flandy vs LEE Hyojung / LEE Yongdae - Never though the Korean could reach this far, but I guess that's it for them.

LEE Hyunil vs CHEN Jin - 50:50 here I say. But I would like to see LHI to get Bronze.

KIDO Markis / SETIAWAN Hendra vs CAI Yun / FU Haifeng - Could go either way. But what can I say, both my favirote MD team has reached the final, let's hope it will be a good show with score like 0-21, 21-0, 30-28

good point. i won't have depression anymore, but will die of heart attack. i do wish i will manage to see who wins before my heart stop beating completely.
