hey everyone i am lookin to buy a new raquet ive had my eyes set on the black knight super light or krypton i curently use the yonex muscle power 21 but a change would be nice what would u ppl recomend any sugestions that extend further than the series and company i mentioned are welcomed i look foward to all ur ideas and comments
well price is not a big deal at the moment but i dont want to spend any more than i have to for example, if one raquet has identical weight and string tension as another for a cheaper price , ofcoase i will want the cheaper one like feather and photon or the bk superlight series as i mentioned before ive looked into the BK vortex and superlight ive also herd good things about the armor tec 900 i realy dont have a biase to any particular brand as long as its a good raquet another question pertainin to my very first post is is the lightness of a superlight more advantageous than the heaviness but more powerfull vortex im prety much open to any and all sugestions
You can try Yonex AT700. If you prefer a slightly heavier racket but performs a bit better and cost half of AT700 then go with SOTX W7
Since you asked about Black Knight racquets, somebody should encourage you to buy Canadian. I'm no expert, but I have tried the Photon and Feather. I found both very nice and manoueverable. I preferred the Feather. The Photon is more popular because it is apparently more 'powerful'. But sometimes I wonder if people confuse 'expensive' with 'powerful' to make themselves feel better. I believe Manduki was selling a couple of Photons in the Buy/Sell forum for a reasonable price.
I've found the most versatile, cheap (around $65), can endure high tension up to 26-28LBS racket, In my place, this racket is sells like hot cake, this racket comes with 4u and 3u weight. And it is special made, you can't never see this kind of racket in any places. The racket that i talk about is "FLEET-Shuttle Point 7778" a.k.a ft-555. The feel is better than any other racket that you know...I'll certain guarantee you after you use this kind of racket, you will never ever use other anymore. It is a racket that in class of it's own.
ive tried the superlight series from black knight but for me they were to light to be honest im sure that in time i could get use to them but wasnt what i was looking for. my sponsorship comes in this week sometime they said so i will have the vortex radon at my disposal i tried that racquet before thats why its the one i choose from them head heavy and stiff shaft which for me aids in generating more power from my smashes and in general. the super light and vortex series arnt that cheap though like if you actually have to buy them there all going to be over $200 and even over $300 for a few. i was lucky enough to get 3 for free. for the lightness vs heavyness question in theory yes theres a difference in reality i dont think so yes the lighter one will be easier to move and defend but when hitting a shot you will have to generate faster head speed. the heavier one would be a lil harder to defend and manouver but you wouldnt have to generate as fast a swing. but in reality anybody who knows what there doing could use either to defend or attack just as well so dont let something light or heavy bother you as much in terms of manouvarbility or defence. for what you have said like to smash alot but try to be an all around player well for a person who has a compact swing i say get a stiff racquet cause you can flex it with a compact swing and some of the black knight racquets have that else if you dont have a compact swing go for one with a little more flex in it. for all around you might want to look for an even balance racquet but same point as above head heavy or head light in reality wont affect you being an all around player. The attributes of a racquet will only work based on your technique to aid you and give you a lil extra umph in your game your technique provides everything else. so really if you have tried the bk super light series and really like them then go for it there great racquets might take some time to get use to though but can take high tension.

Head-heavy racquets aren't as maneuverable as head-light racquets or even-balanced racquets, so they can be very hard to get used to. It took me two~three months to get used to my AT700 3U after playing with an MP40. The Victor Superwaves 33 Control may be a good choice in this case, because the shaft is medium-flexible just like the MP21 that sirbass is currently using. Some other suggestions: -MP88 -NS7K -AT500. Try a re-string too, it makes a great deal of difference in your game, compared to a new racquet.
i've found that the Victor Power Wave series is also quite good. plays like a hybrid between Ti10 and high end AT's. as to the BK Superlights...i personally do not liek them that much. as agile as they are, i find it is just too hard to keep the path of the racket with the swing because the racket is just so light.
