Black Knight Sponsorship Arrives

so earlier today im sitting at home and lo and behold the doorbell rings and theres a DHL truck parked in the front with a guy holding a nice decent sized box i wasnt expecting anything else but my black knight stuff since the girl incharge of my sponsorship said that i should get it sometime by the end of the week. So i sign for it and there it is black knight to me on the box and well i take it up to my room and open it up to see the goodies that they sent me. I got majority of the stuff they said they would send minus the clothing since they said that will come in november (2009 model stuff) i got a little bit of clothing though but still have to wait for november for track suit, polo shirts, other shirts, etc. just thought maby id share what i got in it, oh and yes all of this was free from them.

so heres what came in the box:

3 Black Knight Vortex Radon
2 bags (1 3 compartment one and 1 smaller one)
6 packs of strings (3 Power gut 65's and 3 Micro Power XL)
6 packs of grip
3 black knight tshirts
2 black knight shorts
2 long sleve tshirts/warm up shirts
1 black knight sweater
1 black knight towel
2 packs of black knight socks
1 stencil and ink

still waiting on:
track suit
polo shits and other shirts

 

you would have to get in contact with the brand that you would like to get sponsored by unless they contact you and say they want to sponsor you. then you will have to see what their requirements are, like you have to have good to great tournament results ontop of that they will check rank and how you can aid in getting the product out there like how you can promote it. so you got to have the results usually semi finals or better in tournaments as well as the rank, decently high, as well as being able to premote it ontop of anything else that they look for.

 

yup for sure i will write up a review on the radon there currently getting strung so ill give them a test drive on saturday, and yeah ive used other brands such as yonex and forza so i can also compare them to that and a few apacs racquets as well.

and thanks all for the congrats, its pretty sweet stuff cant wait for the rest of it to come now more clothing. but yes lots of new toys to tinker with.

 

its all for me, and i had to sign a contract with them as well with certin terms on it which is expected.

 

yeah i have to wear it in tournaments i signed a contract with them when they sponsored me the only thing is the 1st tournament is 3 weeks away but its whites only so they havnt sent the rest of the clothing so yeah that is going to be interesting to see how ill pull that one off. but yeah always have to wear their clothing which is expected i dont mind, have to use ashway strings though and always have to have the logo on the strings which is common sense. the only thing the contract didnt say was that i dont have to wear the ashway shoes i can wear any.
