hey, i was wondering where is the cheapest place to get a Arc Saber 7 & also was wondering which is the best string tension and strings for power shots for the arc saber 7 . medium stiff .. online or local but i think online is cheaper. thanks ^_^

Since you live in Australia, I suggest you to buy equipment from overseas, it's much cheaper, even when the shipping fees are included. You can try having a look at www.wingeebadminton.com and www.luxissportnet.com, they're reliable and have the lowest prices around.

There is no such thing as an optimal tension for a racquet, it all depends on your technique and your preferences. Some like to have it strung at lower tensions around 23lbs, some prefer high tensions around 29lbs. You must try different tensions to know which tension you can play most comfortably with.

mybadlookbad and wingeebadminton are the cheapest for ARC7. Go with NBG98 for string. For tension what was your previous tension?

Lower tension will give you more power.

And also less control. If slayer22 has the correct stroke technique, he can produce alot of power with precision/control at higher tensions.

Try stringing your racquet with nbg98 as phandrew suggested, and try it at a higher tension ( 2lbs higher each time ), 25lbs. If you go any higher, you may experience pains in your shoulder and it can potentially cause injuries.
