Place in/near Galveston, Texas

    I'm going to move to Galveston, Texas. I wonder if there is place to play.
    If not, which area is nearest place from Galveston?

    Galveston is pretty close to Houston. Going up 45/N for 20 mins should get you to the university of houston.. lots of players play there.

    There are 2/3 university campus. Could you please give me the exact access where badminton courts are available and any contact person as i am not a student
