Hello, i'm having some issues with my new pair of shoes that i bought a few hours ago.
Yes i have put it on and walked at home for 10 mins+ but i still feel that only these certain part of my feet (for the left foot, its at the right middle part) (for the right foot its at the left middle part) feel UNCOMFORTABLE.
This could be because the back part of my feet is too wide and the sole cannot accomodate to it.
So i feel like as if the soles are pushing/touching those parts when i wear them and it really feels uncomfortable as if my feet arn't in perfect fit.. After wearing awhile it slightly hurts at the sides and i'm a bit dissappointed with the size i took (still, the shoes are excellent!)

I'm wondering whether i should change the size of the shoe 1 size larger (my size is 10US currently) so that the middle part of my feet will fit into the shoe/sole comfortably. Please give me your advise :D
(I have read other forums about this shoe and to give an hour or two, 'trial' to really see if the shoe fits. Every part of my feet fits in perfectly, it's just the sides that feel very uncomfortable)

I think you need to break into the shoes first.

Part of it might just be your foot shape compared to the shoe shape. I tried a pair of 100LTD and it felt like torture around the sides. A normal 99 pinches in around the lateral claw. The 99LTD fits me nearly perfectly and didn't require any break-in.

Different feet, different models and shapes.

    Hii,
I do have 1 of those, I already wear it for about half a year and still use it.
And about discomfort let me tell you my story.
Previously I always use Nike Basketball shoes, it heavier but very comfort to wear.
(Could you image first time I play Badminton I dress like gonna play Basket ball and my racket was a Prince which have a weird shape of Badminton racket, I was so newbie that time)

    I bought it from Singapore.
Soon when I got back to Indonesia I wear it right away and play.
First day I use it my right foot (right only) feel hurt and after 1.5 hours my right foot got swollen. 2 days after I am not use it, coz I am afraid it getting worse. I do really regret to bought it. But a week later I start to use it again, now my foot is OK but I got discomfort on the back. I usually feel back pain if my shoes is not good. So I stop using it again for a week. But after that I keep use it without any discomfort until today.

I did something but I think you may think I am stupid
This is my local myth about 1 thing to do before wearing a new shoes.
You may wanna try to do this myth or not is up to u
BITE YOUR NEW SHOES! 1 BITE EACH SHOES.
A LOCAL MYTH SAY BITE YOUR SHOES BEFORE IT BITE YOU!;)
I did this and my shoes wont hurt my anymore.;)

Sealman: No i'm not haha my socks are about 3mm thick?

    there's a saying in chinese
"rather believe in a thousand, than to risk one"

nobody is forcing you to do that if you dont want to.

We singaporeans have a high level of hygiene and living standards if you do not know.

Thanks guys for your advises and opinions. Sadly though, the shop which i bought the shoe from didn't have a larger size than mine. Well, i guess i'll just have to use that pair of shoes (yes it does fit perfectly) since it's quite expensive

Also, after 30-60 mins of playing badminton, the discomfort didn't seem to ring in mind. Maybe i just forgot about the little discomfort or the sides of the shoe really stretched after vigorous footwork.

Hahaha you guys are exaggerating shoemakers too much.

My SHB-100LTD now fits my foot almost perfectly, i guess it really stretched after a 2-3 days :D
