    Hi all,

I have Carlton have released a new racquet or something that has 14% extra on the shaft? It's yellowish with a funny cap near the handle. Is this true? How much is it, does anyone have a pic?

    Thanks
    Matt

    Asd,

Your a super star!! Thanks alot. Mind you, i'm not too keen on the fact it;s 14% extra long shaft. I feel that the timing of hitting the shuttle will decrease... I don't like the top of the handle either. I like the old version because i used to be able to put my thumb behind it and play a low flat serve well. Does anyone have this racquet and wish to comment on it's abilities?

    By using this strange cap/cone
they managed to gain a 14% longer shaft,
but the total racket length is still regular size.
I've just bought the megaflex F3
and will post a review on that the next days.

    Hi,

Oh i seeeee! Does it make a difference then if the racquet is the same length? Maybe this extra 14% gives the shaft a bit more flex and therefore a bit more power? I don't know, but if you could post that review then that would be great!
