I already saw that Maria was too tired after the Olympics... She had to go to so many non-badminton functions... She is considered a sports-hero and thus a semi-celebrity in INA now...

Many [powerful] people invited her to this-that event... and hard to refuse them...

I heard that after KKK-TBH's 2007 All England win, many political leaders used them for campaigns etc. too...

Maria adds another top 10 victim under her already impressive casualty list since Indonesian Open this year.

So it's Zhou Mi, Zhang Ning, Tine Rasmussen, Lu Lan and now Wong Mew Choo. That's 5 of the current top 10 players. Nice work.
