Question Is 23lbs too much for my racket?

1----- If I wanna have 23 lbs approx. tension for my racket(Iso Power 200),
what would the main and cross tension be?

2------And I did browse the past threads but howcome not
many people mentioned about Iso Power 200?
is it becasue this model is too old?

    3------I am from Asia(Taiwan) and I weight about 69kg,
,170cm height so I'd like to know if 2U G4 is suitable
for the size like me or maybe go for something else?

4------If I wanna replace my racket but based on the feel of
the Iso 2oo, with higher bughet this time what can you
    suggest?

For reference: I hit quite hard for certain strokes and I'm
strong with arm power, so heavy head rackets might be ok
for me. Also my hand is average Easten size.

Any one with any comment, just put it down, anything at all !

hi, if the racket hasn't had any major clashes,
a tension of 21/23 (main/cross) should bo okay.
The power200 probably isn't mentioned that often,
because no top-ten-world-ranking-player has ever used it
(which doesn't mean, that it isn't a good racket)
and yonex only has distributed it for a short time.
Your weight/height has no relation to the question,
which grip size (?U) or racket weight (?G) you should use.
It just depends on what kind of racket feels the best for you.
So just test a few and pick the model
which naturally suits you and your style of play the best.

    1) i would assume you would string it at 23lbs if you want it at 23lbs..
2)like the previous person said, because no one ranked high uses it... but that doesn't mean it's a bad racquet...
    3) your size doesn't make a difference as to what racquet you choose, choose one that fits your playing style
    4) not sure, never used iso 200
