TH vs LIN DAN (once and for all)

if wan to compare this 2 guy TH vs LD .maybe can like this. TH hv his OG ,Asia Games and World Cup title. LD still no hv Asia Games tittle. So wait and see LD can get Asia games title or not . if LD cannot then TH is still the best player which hv this 3 big badminton games title

asian title is not a big title. LD had beaten TH 2 out of 3 times in 06 AG. If u count on one of those 3 head to head as more important, sure, go ahead but statistically, TH lost to LD 2 of 3 matches in 06 AG

Agreed. How can AG be a major if only consists of Asisa Countries? Why not counts the number of 6* tournments plus All-England. I don't have the stat, but I believe LD win more.

For an exhibition game feature the world's best player against an over-the-hill player, I wonder who will be interested.

Not me. I would rather pay to watch LD vs LCW.

Lin Dan is far superior than Taufik. Lin Dan has much less early exits from tournaments and is more consistent. Also Lin Dan usually tries his best in matches. Maybe not at this year's AE

There's no way that Taufik can beat LD today.

LD should already be thinking about defending his Olympic title in London.

it is a good idea. a great marketing strategy to make badminton more popular,

anyway, Taufik Hidayat is still a good player, however he has everything NOW. pretty wife, amazing kid, wealth, achievements.. If I were TH, I will play bad

They all has been in their golden time, they are gifted player with very unique own stlye. Soon Lin Dan also will loose his golden time as TH was. All we have to do is to learn from what has been inspire by them.

No,he won't be able to do that to TH.In fact,i can see that LD treats TH like no 1 big enemy,also with respect.He wanted to achieve like TH did in his career.In return,TH takes LD as a good player,not as god,so he always played with LD without fear.If u always watch TH's match,TH will only play well or seriously if he played against top players.But strangely,couldn't get serious while playing against the underdogs.

it was said before that under the NSS format games are shorter so TH would do better.

TH has never win All-England while LD has made to the final 4 straight years. And as much as I liked TH, I have to say LD is far superior today. Back hand smash alone is not enough.

BTW, I am in before the lock.
