What is the best plastic shuttlecock?
Ok, I just finished destroying my one dozen feather RSL shuttlecocks and I was quite disappointed on its durability.
I destroyed at least 3 in 1 day and I'm now looking for a good plastic/nylon shuttlecocks to replace it. I know, a lot of you people will probably won't recommend the plastic birdies because its for outdoors, but I'm a little bit short of my budget right now.
So, can anyone tell me which best plastic/nylon shuttlecocks out there that are suitable for indoor playing? You know, the ones that act like the feather birdies

tried pretty much most of the yonex line~ mavis 300 to me is the best. If you're going to go 350 or 500, might as well switch back to feather~
Oh, I just noticed that you were using RSL... let me guess... "team" grade ones? Those SUCK so badly it's not even funny. Probably the worst feather next to black knight ones. If you can ONLY get RSL, get the tournament grade which are quite better or just get Victor blues or greens.Last edited by Optiblue; 08-27-2008 at 12:49 AM.

RSL Tourney No. 1 is their second grade, their Classic being the highest. Only the RSL Classic has consistent quality. The others including Tourney No. 1 do not have consistent quality due I believe to supply/demand and logistics mistake its management made some years back.

Believe or not, I'm using Tourney No.1!

The durability of it when I first bought it 5 years ago was really good, but it went down hill afterwards. I used to remember that 1 shuttlecock of RSL tourney No.1 would last at least 4 high intensity games. As dumb as it sounds, I really think that age does matter in relation to quality.

the evilness of commercialism befall humankind XD
well...im not a commerce student so i cant understand why manufacturing companies juz cant make excellent quality things instead of making people to buy more of low quality stuff.
