Ive just had my arcsaber through this mornin after breaking my old one :(. But on my new one i have nanogy 98 at 24lbs but i havnt tried it out yet. But i think for net play and control i would go for nanogy 95 and about 24lbs
but it depends on how high of a tension you usually use?

There probably isn't a best racket as it's down to the owner. In my opinion it's one which is head light so you can make small adjustments to the racket head to deceive your opponent. They also have less momentum so you're less likely to hit the net.
As for string you just have to get used to the feel of it so you don't hit it to high off the net. When I restrung my Carlton racket with nanogy 95 24lbs my net shots were way to high off the net as it's so much bouncier than Carlton string. Once I had gotten used to it though my net shots were really tight.

25lb with BG66 with most even balance racket

that string will give you the most control and best feel for net play.

headlight rackets can smash, just that you probably wont get as much power.
i can smash with my NS7k(headlight), but my arc 10(even) has much more power.

In my opinion, you gotta have good control in the first place. a racket will not suddenly make you have good control, it's just icing on the cake. just because you use a at900t don't expect taufik-like control at the net.
