Hello Everyone!

I'm Sam from Northern California. My profession is zip code demographics, but my passion is the deadly sport of badminton. Just wanted to drop in and say "Hi" to all the badminton enthusiasts in the forum. I hope to build a badminton court once I buy a house, but real estate prices here are outrages.

Yes, I did Demography Studies in my university studies, in Population Demography. Perhaps, you and I can help Badminton Central in various Statistical studies of various matches/polls, using the tools used in Demography.

Really? I thought with the mortgage crisis and everything the price of real estate would be dropping...

I just moved to Sydney in Newtown area you dont wanna know what the prices or the interest rates we are getting here

..For starter, yes, you are roughly in the same neighborhood as our BC's headquarter. And as a fellow Californian, yes, i do feel your concern with the real estate market that's hitting the U.S.
