Hope Simon, Devin/Vita, and uncles can win.
Jo/Rani, can they beat the home pair? They always troubled Lily/Vita, AFAIK...

    MEN'S SINGLES
    Simon Santoso
[1] vs Mohd Roslin Hashim [7] -- with Chen Hong's defeat yesterday, tomorrow will be Simon's biggest chance of winning his FIRST GP GOLD Title! I hope this will be a big enough incentive to go all out and grab his maiden victory!

    MEN'S DOUBLES
Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen [1] vs Tony Gunawan/Candra Wijaya [2] -- Tony/Candra have the edge and they should beat the top-seed.

    WOMEN'S DOUBLES
    Chien Yu-Chin/Cheng Wen-Hsing
[1] vs Rani Mundiasti/Jo Novita -- it will be tough beating the top-seed and this could also be the farewell performance of one of the TPE player as well as Jo Novita (in the WD)?

    MIXED DOUBLES
    Fang Chieh-Min/Cheng Wen-Hsin
g [4] vs Devin Lahardi/Lita Nurlita [7] -- this could well be the farewell performance of Devin/Lita as a pair since Lita will be paired up with Anggun Nugroho, while Devin will have Jo Novita as a partner in the upcoming Macau Open. The TPE pair has the edge.

(Just throwing my 3 sens away) The Finals..

    ..matches finally look rather appetizing..

The match between Saina vs. Lydia should be a fun one to follow. These 2 young ladies will probably see & battle each other more in the next 3-4 yrs, leading up to the 2012 OG..

MS match could go rubber. It's the battle of the "inconsistents"..;)

MD match should be a close encounter as well, depending if Boe & Mogensen are able to challenge the net game. If not mistaken (someone check on this), the veteran pair has won all of their head-to-head meetings. Let's see if the Danish pair will finally break the egg.

And the XD and WD matches should present Cheng Wen Hsing with another double titles, though it could be a tough one.

XD - Lahardi/Nurlita (INA) vs Fang/Chen (TPE) - The TPE pair has the edge but an upset is likely. Fang/Chen in 3.

WS - Lydia Cheah (MAS) vs Saina Nehwal (IND) - Battle of the teens with Lydia having beaten 3 Japanese en-route to the finals and Saina has been impressive as well. Saina in 3.

MS - Roslin Hashim (MAS) vs Simon Santoso (INA) - It's time for Simon to step up in big occasions. Simon in 2.

WD - Mundiasti/Novita (INA) vs Cheng/Chien (TPE) - The top seeds are the clear favorite. Cheng/Chien in 2.

MD - Candra Wijaya/Tony Gunawan (INA/USA) vs Boe/Morgensen (DEN) - The veterans will prevail in straight games.

Lydia needs to make less mistake in order to win this match. it wont be easy as Saina have more international and Super Series exposure than Lydia. On Top of it, Lydia have never beaten Saina in their encounter.

Saina have the edge but Lydia have a chance 2.
