hi. i'm a user of yonex ti-10 white & yellow 3u. i had 2 but 1of them broke 2 mths ago n the other 1 has a crack tat is slowly moving towards the grommet. tis has made me lost confidence in durability of yonex rackets. hoping to find a racket tat's similar to ti-10.

after some research n window shopping, i narrow down my choice to these 3 rackets (from all the rackets i hv seen so far). anyone who used these 3 rackets b4? can giv me some feedback pls. or u may recommend other rackets as my requirements for are bp 290+-, 89gram+-, stiff shaft.

thx very much for helping. ur help is very very appreciated

The RSL X2 Pro and X2 Gold are going to weigh a few grams more and have a higher BP than your requirements.

The yellow Ti-10 is a even balanced all-rounder racket. MP99 and purple Ti-10 is about the closest you can get.

A racquet that meets your requirement is SOTX Woven 7i.

imho the prince oversize sky would not be as demanding as your ti-10 or RSL rackets and in terms of stiffness - the least stiff

x2 gold can be a really demanding racket from my experience (but i suck got back technique) if you use a lot of wrist in ur shots but do not have super strong wrist, avoid the x2 gold. it does hurt ur wrist until you get used to it. it does hurt ur shoulder as well (stiff = you hand absorbs vibes). if you are looking at the x2 series and want something close to your ti10, i'd say go with the x2 SP or AP. SP is a bit more head heavy from my experience compared to AP, but SP is also suppose to be a lighter racket than the AP. i did not recommend x2 blue or x2 FP because both these rackets would have a different feel compared to your ti-10 (white, the only version i've messed with before). x2 gold does not really feel like the ti-10 white either, i have no experience with x2pro... have yet to own it... in my future purchases but i hear it is close to the gold so i doubt it will feel like ur ti-10 white as well...

I am trying to lay my hands on either a RSL X2 Blue or RSL X2 AP. Once I get it, I will be able to provide feedbacks.

I took to the RSL X2 Gold like a fish to water, i previously used Mp100 2u and At700 3U. I am a very offensive doubles player. I had no problems with the weight or stiffness of the racket, and can defend with it preety well, not much difference with my at700. Smashing with it great, the feel and power of the racket surprised me, at half the price of some high end yonex rackets, it is a steal. I sold my at700 after i bought, thats how good i think it is :D

derekcai with the strong wrist... i've wielded the AT 700 before... but i feel the weight difference and the stiffness difference especially when i hit. same with the mp100, but i've only experience mp100 in 3u, not 2u... mp100 tires me enuff tho even at 3u... prolly because itz a bit stiffer.

XD i used mp100 2U when i was 14 years old, had no problems. Maybe your tension is too high.

well, today i saw fleet's latest rackets, woven 888 and woven 999, which according to the salesman, are olympics rackets for fleet. both felt the same weigh(which i think is almost the weigh i like, stated up there) but 888 is slightly less stiff than 999 as 888 is a defensive racket n 999 is offensive racket. but the feel of both racket r good, mayb bcoz of the Low Aerodynamic Drag (LAD) technology, almost like the ti-10 white. any1 experienced these 2 rackets b4? any reviews?

n i hope i'm not... but i think my wrist is a bit injured or tired recently bcoz i felt a short paint in the wrist even only swinging the racket (the smash defending motion-u snap ur wrist). is tis cause by my ti-10 which many ppl said it requires a lot of wrist power (i'm not tat powerful in my wrist)? tat's y i'm worried about the rsl x2 pro bcoz of it's weigh when i'm holding it today, even it's has a 'fast' frame when i swing it, feels like a slightly heavier ti-10.

now i'm confused. am i not good enuf for stiff rackets? shud i change to a less stiffer racket but more head heavy racket like proace thunderbolt 2 and 3? anyone pls help? 4 ur info, i'm not very good at drives n smashes, oni good at net play n drop. i wish i can find a racket tat can improve my drives n smashes.

thx a looooooooooooooooooooooot for helping guys.

if my 2nd paragraph is a bit confusing, i would like to say tat : i'm not powerful in my wrist.

1 more question, does any1 saw a fake rsl racket? bcoz today i found a rsl x2 pro, racket oni rm250 but the max tension written on the frame is 25lbs but last week i saw a x2 pro at a shop known for expensive stuff, racket oni rm350-380 (forgot), the max tension is 28lbs. can any1 confirm tat? thx

X2 Gold is also my go to racket :D. It works very well with BG-65 at 33.0 lbs X 36.3 lbs :D.

well, now i hav second thoughts on x2 gold and x2 pro bcoz of the weigh (i'm not a wrist player, so i need a moderate to light racket in order to play drive shots) and i cant get a hold on x2 gold yet, duno how it's feels. stil yet to decide wat rackets to buy. :(:(

but firstly, can anyone confirm whether there r fake rsl rackets in the markets? as the 1st n 2nd x2 pro rackets i have seen have 28lbs written on the frame but the third 1 in my hometown has 25lbs written on the frame.:confused:

if oni x2 pro is a few grams lighter... :crying::crying:
