fyi i used to have the top end model of RSL. (cant remember the model though.)

though stated it can take 28lbs, 3 of the rackets all broke with the slightest of clash(strung them all at 28lbs). initially i thought its me when the 1st one crack( i always buy 2 same racket), so got a 3rd one to replace. the 2nd one crack when my partner clash with me again...very lightly( we were playing with some real beginning beginners so we werent palying hard at all!

but the other 2 RSL 6900 was strung at 28 lbs too and never have any problems at all. even though i got them earlier. i suggest dont push your luck at 28lbs;)

This should be in the Badminton String section.

As for which string and tension. It depends on you not our recommendation.

What was your previous string and tension?

    sorry.
hehehe. i seem to be just hanging out on this section of the forum.
my previous tension, well the racket that i was borrowing was..
RSL Millenium Attack 3200 strung at 28 lbs.
now i'm currently afraid to try 28lbs for my racket since it may broke like surge stated.

The RSL X2 rackets can be strung 30lbs+ but the stringer ability also determines how high the tension can be. You can read DinkALot's Badminton String Review to get an idea of which string you want.
