halo.... does anyone know when is it been held? BWF website stated that it will be held from 6th to 11st january... is it realiable? coz i couldnt find any info from BAM website... anyone knows where will it be held? putra stadium as usual?

I will be in Malaysia in Jan 09 so definately going to go. Anyone know if we need to pre-paid tickets or can get at door..

BAM have started selling tickets for Malaysian Open

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia have already started their promotion campaign for the first leg of the Super Series next year even though this season’s action is nearing its climax.
The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM), the hosts for the Proton Malaysian Open, have started selling for the championships scheduled for Jan 6-11 at the Putra Stadium in Bukit Jalail.
There is a special concession for students who will get to purchase a ticket for the quarter-final and semi-final action for RM10. And they just need to fork out RM13 for the final day.
Ticket prices for others have been priced between RM15 and RM45 from the quarter-final stage.
Tickets can be purchased at several official agents and counters of the Axcess Tickets, who hold the rights for the sales of the tickets.
The Axcess Tickets hotline number is 03-77115000 or they can be reached at events@axcess.com.my. Online booking can also be done at www.axcess.com.my.
This season’s finale, the inaugural Super Series Masters Finals, will be held in Kota Kinabalu from Dec 18-21.
The final leg of a 12-round series begins tomorrow in Hong Kong.
