So, One of my friend's needs a new racket, I am usually the racket expert but here I am stuck.. She is better than me, and she has no budget, I was thinking of a Yonex NanoSpeed 9000 but it's kinda Heavy for her.. So maybe you guys can help me, here are some acuarate specifacations..
    Gender: Female
    Age: 11
    Weight: 70 lbs.
    Height: 5'
Level of Play: Advanced, Very Advanced!
    Budget: None
Hand: Left, Left is Preferred but Right is fine also.

Uhh.. I think that's it, but if there's anything else you need to know to think of a good bat please tell..

Also, She doesn't really like Custom Mades, but if that is my final choice I suppose i'll have to do that.

What was her previous racket? What playing style does she have? If she is advanced then she will have no problem playing with any racket.

Her Previous Racket was a Yonex NC TUFF 9 Light 2007 Badminton Racket
Her Playing Stlye is what some people call all around or Offensive and Defensive.

Do you know what type of racket she likes? head light, even balanced or heavy head?
What stiffness does she like? Flexible, medium, stiff or extra stiff?

Um, when you say advenaced, what do you mean by that. If shes an all aroudn player, then I would suggest AT 900T or maybe even power.

If NS9000 is heavy for her, not too many racquets left.
Try NS8000 or Arc7 or wait for 3 more week for Arc9 to come out.
Since you are in LA, drop by San Gabrial Valley Badminton Club and ask if you can demo some of the racquet. Or go to Orange County Badminton Club. Both ProShop has demo program. Make sure she try it out before she buy.

Carlton Airblade Superlite or powerblade superlite would probably be a good racket to consider.

Maybe you should look into other brands instead on Yonex since you said NS9000 is too heavy for her.

More of an even balanced and she really like it flexible, the stiffer it is the worse....

When did I say that? We've checked some rackets out at the San Gabriel Valley Badminton Club, we've checked out many rackets, none are that heave for her but we checked NS8000 but NS9000 was unavailable, we also checked out some websites and it said about 100 grams, she can go until about 110 grams that's when it started to get bad for her... but I am thinking about the NS9000 now, so I am not sure about that... If anyone can give me reviews about it, and what strings to get for it, because I can't decide, I'm not an expert in strings . But I am thinking about the NS9000 as one my top ones. But the Arc9 or the Arc7 seemed good. But because the Arc9 didn't come out yet I have no idea, but we tried the Arc7 and it was pretty good, and the NS8000 if the NS9000 isn't right, but we're going to try the OC Badminton Club Tomorrow. So until then these are my tops. Anything else or reviews or info. about any of these rackets would help. But thanks to everyone! I really apreciate it!:) Thanks! Thanks! Oh, and one more thing, She's going into a tournament next Fri. so I have to order by Max. this Sat. so I really need all the help you can give and I can get. Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! Thanks!

for lower cost than NS900 and arc 7/9, u should give NS7000, NS7700 and AT300 a try. My gut feel is 7700 would fit her need.

    cost AT300<NS7000=<NS7700

As I said before I have no budget, but like until $500 which I don't think we'll spend.

even if cost is not a concern, the list i gave are still good. If ur limit is 500, then u should get 2 of the same rackets(that she eventually liked) if she is seriously competing. If she is seriously seriously competing, look into getting 3 -4 of same rackets:p

I'll think about that, I was thinking of getting 3 of watever racket she's getting even if it does cost more than $500, but that was for 1 racket.

Maybe you should get her SOTX DF900. It's a good all-rounder racket with medium flex.

haha. she started when she was 4 when her parents really didn't want her to, but they let her for health reasons, because alot of children aren't phisically active you know? so as the years went by she became alot better and went into more championships and ya.. but she came to our place 3 years ago, cause me & my friends made the club when i was 10. so ya.

The more Flex. the better, but I just figured out the NanoSpeed 9000 (both type S and X) is Stiff and Very Stiff, so I need a better one, I'll check out the SOTX DF900.. Thanks

as I said it before and I will say it again, take her to SGVBC or OCBC and try out different racquet. She will find one for her.

Since this little girl is very advance according to you i don't think she needs someone to find her a racket. I think she can try out all the rackets and decide herself.
