    Hi Folks,

I went to the website and they sell rackets cheaper than in the market.

How come??? What is SP/IP ??? is the quality the same as JP ????

    Can it be fake racket???

    Thank you

No, they're genuine. Have a search about the SP/IP/JP codes, they've been discussed about, five million times.

I think that the normal market-prices are just over-priced.

Go to the previous page. On the top right corner, click search. Type in the word you want to search. You may click on the advanced and narrow down the subject before you search. You can also search where to get Yonex US coded racquet in US close to Wingee badminton.

Someone who has being on this forum for nearly 2 years doesn't know how to use the search function? You also made this thread in the wrong play as well. HK prices are probably the cheapest in the world for yonex rackets so that is why wingeebadminton is cheap.

Can someone please post a direct link to their Armortec 900 web page. Every time I try to access their web page (wingeebadminton.com and www.wingeebadminton.com), I get a the page cannot be displayed error. I tried this from work and at home. I am located in China. I don't think the governement has banned this site? Could they? I will be heading out to HK this weekend and plan to purchase an Armortec 900T. Does Wingee have the best price? Another memeber told me to go to Kin Yee in HK. I think I had my relatives buy me racquets from there in the past. Which is better, Wingee or Kin Yee? Please PM me if you like. Thanks.

I don't know if this Wingee badminton is reliable. I e-mailed them yesterday and according to their website, they will response within 6hours. Until today, nothing. Checked my spam filter and nothing from them.
Anyone dealt with them before? I'm interested to ship to Canada.

Being slow on emails is not good in the customer's perspective. Emails should be responded within 24 to 48 hours.

    Not good

It's definitely not a good way to start since I've never dealt with them before. If their website indicated 6 hours response time, then they should stick with their policy. Nowadays smartphones can receive e-mails anywhere in the world at anytime.

I usually DO NOT defend Wingee. However, I would like to point out that they are based in China and there is a time zone difference. Also, please forgive them on the bad English part.

IMHO, a good store or business should reply within 2 business days. That will give them some time if there is a time difference or maybe language issue. If they can not reply in 2 business days, Then I will question if they will send out the item you purchased on time. If they can not respond because language issue, are you sure they got your order correct or following your instruction? Are you sure they will understand your complain?
I really am not a fan of Wingee. But there are some other members who used them and got their order fine. Read the reviews and make sure before you order.

Shuttle house takes like 3-4 days to reply and to tell you that something is ALWAYS missing so it isnt much bettter... we need a new standard in online badminton equipment retail! ^^

Wingee is fine, their site is just not used properly and I really dont like sending credit card info through e-mails.
