I've tried it a few weeks ago. Nice gimmick. It's basically a light hammer with variable weights and a handle shaped like that of a badminton racket. The exercises on the website (www.qiaofali.com) are taught in great detail (much better than in the book IMHO). I bought one on Taobao.com for about 200 rmb, maybe there you can find someone who is willing to ship to Canada.
About the hub of this gizmo Thanks. Does the hub spin and precess ,thus stabilise and generating centripetal force? I will go to the recommended website to understand more.
