    MEN'S SINGLES
Chen Jin [4] vs Sony Dwi Kuncoro [5] -- Sony's confidence and form are quite high, going into the match, with a 9-0 record over the past 2 weeks, beating Bao Chunlai and Lee Chong Wei. If he can beat Chen Jin tomorrow, then, this means that he will have beaten 3 of out of 4 players ranked above him. I think he has a good chance of taking the title tomorrow!

    MEN'S DOUBLES
    Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan
[1] vs Sun Junjie/Xu Chen -- surprise, surprise as the opponent is not Fu/Cai, but, their juniors Sun/Xu. Kido/Hendra should take this one, however, they need to be careful and alert.

    WOMEN'S SINGLES
    Zhou Mi
[6] vs Wang Lin -- I am banking on Zhou Mi to win another SS title tomorrow, after the disappointment last week.

    WOMEN'S DOUBLES
Zhang Dan/Zhang Zhibo vs Cheng Shu/Zhao Yunlei -- surprise surprise, we have a Finalist from Macau....will they create history by beating the more favored Chinese pair? We shall see....

    MIXED DOUBLES
    Nova Widianto/Liliyana Natsir
[1] vs Xie Zhongbo/Zhang Yawen [3] -- a tough match in prospect as always between these 2 pairs.....Nova/Butet do have a slight edge given their last few encounters against Xie/Zhang.

    MEN'S SINGLES
Chen Jin [4] vs Sony Dwi Kuncoro [5] -- Sony's confidence and form are quite high, as BadMania said. But Chen Jin is fresher and will be fully supported with "insider knowledge" from Bao .....

    MEN'S DOUBLES
    Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan
[1] vs Sun Junjie/Xu Chen -- no surprise, Kido/Hendra should take this one.

    WOMEN'S SINGLES
Zhou Mi [6] vs Wang Lin -- I support Zhou Mi, but expect her to be disappointed yet again. Towering strength of the other Wang girl is too much.

    WOMEN'S DOUBLES
    Zhang Dan/Zhang Zhibo
vs Cheng Shu/Zhao Yunlei-- no surprise, the finalists from Macau were ex-CHN squad players .... and they have more experience that the Japan Open champs.

    MIXED DOUBLES
    Nova Widianto/Liliyana Natsir
[1] vs Xie Zhongbo/Zhang Yawen [3] -- I would give this to Nova/Lilyana on account of head to head records, but they have not been in the best of form lately.

    Er... No surprise?
These CHN juniors have beaten KKK/TBH and CY/FHF on their way into final.
Who knows if MK/HS will be their next victim?

All matches tomorrow represent chinese players.. How many title can they get? We hope to see MK/HS against cai/fu in final, but it not happen. Is it LYB's strategy to make unknown players to play olympic champion? NoLyn against xie/zhang would be a tough game, same like against zheng/gao. All the best to indonesian players..

    .
    MEN'S SINGLES
Chen Jin [4] vs Sony Dwi Kuncoro [5] -- At this tournament, both CJ and SDK got through their 4 matches without byes or walkovers. CJ did not lose a game at all. SDK lost only one, at the Semis to BCL 12-21 in Game 2. SDK's confidence must have been shaken by it. But when he came back winning 21-15 in Game 3, SDK's confidence should be now higher. If this match were to go to 3 games, SDK should win it. If to 2 games, CJ could win it.

    MEN'S DOUBLES
    Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan
[1] vs Sun Junjie/Xu Chen -- With MK/HS's experience, they should have a better chance to take this one. I thought SJJ/XC's win over CY/FHF was fixed. But I could be wrong. :):):)

    WOMEN'S SINGLES
    Zhou Mi
[6] vs Wang Lin -- ZM is hungrier to win this one I think. And with more experience, ZM has an advantage... if her fitness and strength could match up with WL. Skillwise, ZM is better.

    WOMEN'S DOUBLES
    Zhang Dan/Zhang Zhibo
vs Cheng Shu/Zhao Yunlei -- ZD/ZZB will create history for Macau. :) If they could work just as hard as when they defeated the 4th and the 6th seeds, they should take this one.

    MIXED DOUBLES
    Nova Widianto/Liliyana Natsir
[1] vs Xie Zhongbo/Zhang Yawen [3] -- NW/LN should know how to defeat XZB/ZYW. All they need to do is to play the same way as they have played them in their past matches.

    MEN'S SINGLES
Chen Jin [4] vs Sony Dwi Kuncoro [5] - I'm not sure how well Chen Jin played after the Olympic but the fresher Chen Jin should have the slight advantage.

    MEN'S DOUBLES
Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan [1] vs Sun Junjie/Xu Chen - Is this Director Li's strategy to let this unknown pair to play the World and Olympic champions? And if beating Koo/Tan and Fu/Cai is of any indications, I won't be too surprised if the top seeds are to be upset.

    WOMEN'S SINGLES
Zhou Mi [6] vs Wang Lin - After watching how Wang Yihan was beaten yesterday, I am rooting for the fresher Wang Lin to win her maiden SS title.

    WOMEN'S DOUBLES
Zhang Dan/Zhang Zhibo vs Cheng Shu/Zhao Yunlei - The more experience China-born pair should have the upper hand.

    MIXED DOUBLES
Nova Widianto/Liliyana Natsir [1] vs Xie Zhongbo/Zhang Yawen [3] - I'm rooting for the fresher Xie/Zhang this time.

An aggresive start by the chinese youngster. 8-4. The Macau pair defense too sluggish

The finalists are presented with the "dinasour" as souvenirs which are big but cute...
