Team handball mannn....must reply this one. Used to be on the national team and once played in the international game. But got a total ACL rupture years ago in my right knee, and there it goes I have had surgery to repair the injury but you just cannot get over the psychological thing that keeps one from playing again (ya know, all the twisting and turning). It took me about 6-9 months and lots of footwork to build my confidence again in badminton.

Ha ha, ...never thought about it that way. But think about it this way, the more beer I drink, the more I have to play badminton to work it off. See, it's worth it in the end

National team?! You must have a good arm and/or are a good defender.

Sorry about the ACL and I hope you have/had recovered from it.

Thanks...surgery was a success. Physically, the knee is almost like new but at times, my lack of confidence will show especially when I am playing singles or simply training footwork. Sad....

I used to do karate, play tennis, soccer, cricket and now i still play some golf, hockey (field, not ice) but badminton does take up most of my sport time, and training for it as well. I have to admit i am a converted tennis player. Initially joined my club to play tennis but got bit by the badminton bug. Thankfully
