Just sick of it when there are so many excuses when China players lost every time...tired....injured...etc...in semifinal, there are 3 chinese and 1 INA only...just accepted he fact that their opponent is much better that day.....suddenly CJ was injured in final...when he won over Tago or Li Yu/GONG, he was fine

First of all, Sony won fair and square in this last 2 SS. No doubt about it. All others including CHN media should not raise any excuses whatsoever.

Where were you when all the excuses were made by INA and MAS fans when the Chinese shuttles won... I never heard you came out and asked those guys to stop all their excuses

However, as soon as someone came up with excuses against an INA's win... all of a sudden, you turn into the INCREDIBLE HULK and start whining and crying about others not respecting INA players

LOL...Sony isrunner up of WC,and Sony is Asian Champion like 3 times... CJ has not...plus AE title is a joke...everybody knows that..RFOL....AE title is a gift...any expression from CJ after winning AE? nope....but CJ celebrated like crazy after beating WCH in ABC instead..

It's ok that we celebrate Soni's recent accomplishment, but there's no need to put down others. CJ got an AE title, that's the fact. HH got an AE title, too, even though his entire career was so-so. However, do you wantt o strip HH's AE title, because he's way under achieve later in his career?

Whether CJ has an easier final or Semi or not, he needs to get to that far 1st. And what's wrong for CJ to celebrate after secure a spot in OG? Remember, based on his ranking, he can go to OG any day he wants to. However, he has to fight so hard (no one else has to suffer, besides his own CHN teammates) to even get in. Why can't he express some enjoyment?

If you argue this way, I will say that many CHN players are clearly better than Soni or Maria from time to time, but they were not even given a chance to play OG or AE or WC. Many of them are SS title holders, WC runner ups or even WC champions.

Tell me XXZ did not get to play OG 04, and Chen Yu never going to OG. Can I argue that if they ever went, maybe who ever the title holder might not even pass 1st or 2nd round if they do clash in earlier round? So, will you say TH's OG 04 is also "gifted"? As XXZ was the WC 03 champion, and not even permitted to play?

Great, I am very sick and tired of every time CHN wins, there are excuses about this team, that coach, etc...

CJ lost, ok, so? Did Soni get OG bronze? I don't think so. Did Soni get AE or even in the semi or final, no...

For the past few weeks, Soni is the best (with the absence of LD, and partially LCW). The career colletables, CJ is leading Soni regardless you say which year's title is easier or not.

And what's wrong with injury? I remember in 2005, Soni was almost disappeared, due to some injury. I am sure he was fine before he's been bugged down. Many athelets' have injuries go with their life time. Whether they can hold on to perform to a standard, it's really day to day. It's not like CJ suddenly claim that he lost 2 legs or something...

What 'secret' u voluntary pm'ed to me isn't that secret but since u asked me to keep this so called secret secret i had to restrict myself of what i can post. Frankly, i didnt signed any confidentiality agreement with u. Funny how u tell people things and then ask for secrecy. Usually it's the other way around lol. Frankly, i dont beleive LD was busy with that 'secret' thingy anyway. LD is way more busy with other things - one of many ex. is the photo shoots which are already public information.

Yep, not too long ago, when simon beat LD for the first time (i think LD retired due to injury. Also when LD came back after some rest from that same injury, LCW beat LD too. Must be hay days for LCW and Simon fans back then lol), Simon was touted as the next INA saviour, a china killer. I'm only trying to help some of those so if soni streak stop, those guys don't go hiding under rocks or have suicidial tendency

It's true that different ppl tend to protect his/her own hero.

The difference is, at least in this forum, the CHN supporters don't blame INA/MAS coaches, staffs, dad, mom, etc when INA or MAS won a title. However, whenever CHN won a title, it's never "clean" (according here), on top of the player him/herself, the coach, staff, mom and dad all need to go through a court time or two...

So, if CHN win, they got flamed. If they lose (when their mainly only sent 2nd tier and a few) they got toasted, too.

I tried not to change the topic back to OG qualifications again.

If you talking about fair, tell me XXZ, XXF, CY did not even play OG 2004. CY, CH, ZL, WYH, WL, ZTT, etc did not go to OG 2008. If you have the "big if", I wonder what if half of the CHN team qualify to OG 04, and Roland Susilo did not even qualify (based on world ranking), and LD cruise to final? What if XXF get a chance to play, and knocked Mia out in Quarter or semi final? What if ZL, WYH, WL, etc all come to OG 08, and the entire quarter final becomes CHN national match???

We can only judge it based on the fact, but not "what if".

Match fixing does exist, but at least part of the cause is the limited entry for OG / WC / AE, and earlier the Opens. If you got beat up on the street, do you fight back (even that can make you break the law as well), or you simply smile, swallow your blood and tears, and wait for them to issue a better law to protect yourself, which may come after you've been sent to hospital 15 times already?

According to the rank, Mia needs to go through XXF in OG 04, but she did not have to, as XXF did not even qualify for OG. So, should I say, I don't respect Mia as a silver meadlist, as she has a "easier than expected" path to be in semi to begin with?

Soni is a very good player, no doubt about it. I am LD is always aware of the opponents, that's why he trains so hard, and try to win every match on a very consistent basis.

Only time can tell whether a player is a star or only a flash light. LD is the proven best player and TH was provent a few years back. They hold their ground in a consistent base for YEARS, but not a few weeks.

IF LD and LCW decided not to be part of it....thats not Sony's faut.
Your COOLer challenged to see who is better if they meet in final, OG 04 or OG 08..
So whats wrong is that..after Sony won, Sony was better that day but your Cooler decided to twist all information around and around.....
