broke my at700 - sg

    hi guys i broke my at700 while playing. im located in spore....the racket is about a month old. from wat i have searched the forum so far, there is not much feedback abt the claiming policy from sunrise spore...

    will any kind bros share their experience while claiming and give me some pointers...thanks

    which part ?
    frame or shaft ?
    if frame, then please do not cut the string, leave like that.
    bring to Sunrise with original receipt from authorized shop (call the shop and Sunrise first to clarify).

    You dont have to bring it sunrise, just bring back to the shop, they will do the claiming for you.:)

    frame....have u claimed b4? wats the possibility of being rejected? dunno how strict is yonex sunrise?

    Actually, what you can do right now is just try, no harm anyway. The most they do is to reject your claim and you are back where you started. The effort is minimal also.
